How long does it take? What does it cost?
The process moves as fast or as slowly as you need. Usually the first meeting can take place within a week or two of first contact. After that, the pace is determined by your preparation and readiness to move forward.
Family Mediation, Mediation-Arbitration and Parenting Coordination – $350 per hour and shared equally between the two parties
Workplace Mediation – $400 per half day or $1000 for a full day.
Training – as contracted
Third party screening – $400 per hour
Do I need a lawyer?
Ideally, yes! Although you do not need a lawyer to participate in or complete any dispute resolution process, we advise all our clients to seek legal advice, at some point in the process, so they fully understand their rights and obligations.
