Third Party Screening for Arbitrators
Arbitrators, who are arbitrating family law matters, are required to contract out the screening process. A qualified third party screener is contracted by the Arbitrator to complete a comprehensive screen and provide a written report.
Laura Bradford holds the Qualified Family Arbitration Screener (QFAS) designation with the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO). FDRIO is the only organization in Ontario that designation professional screeners.
Fee: $400 + HST per hour
Note: for med-arb and parenting coordination. the med-arb or parenting coordinator is required to complete the screening requirement.
