Dispute resolution involving seniors (also known as elder mediation)

 

A form of dispute resolution specifically designed to address conflict involving older adults and their families, caregivers, or others in their support network.  A third party neutral mediator helps participants communicate, understand one another and reach mutually acceptable agreements.
